As local chocolatiers we have developed a range of premium artisan chocolates, hand made in Jarvis Brook, East Sussex.

My hand made chocolates were for many years offered as special dinner party or birthday gifts to my friends and family. On moving to East Sussex with my husband Richard we started to experiment with new recipes and when we tested them on our friends, realised we had something special to offer to retail customers. Since then we have developed a range of products in our kitchen using where possible single origin plain and milk chocolate, quality blended chocolate, and fresh ingredients which include cream, fruit and home made jams. Our unique hand rolled chocolate truffle recipe offers a sensational taste and texture while our hand decorated chocolate shells offer a white chocolate and fruit or caramel soft centre.  

 

We can offer a dairy free vegan gluten free option. Either 'milk style' plant based chocolate or dark chocolate, mixed with plant based non dairy cream

 

We also make chocolate lollipops, decorated chocolate bars and chocolates to dip in hot milk or coffee. 

Chocolate Cooky create delicious chocolate products, made with love by hand and can be supplied to you through food fairs and craft fairs around East Sussex, and online. Gift boxes, including special wrapping and gift cards, can be posted worldwide or delivered locally. We can also supply wedding favours and chocolates for corporate or celebration functions.
