The Chocolate Cooky elves are prepping early for the Festive season. With several visits to local fairs booked we are getting our stock ready for our busy time of year.
Exciting new flavours are being tested in our kitchen. A dark chocolate shell with a mint fondant and a rum and lime gel is very exciting, and a new version of our favourite Christmas pudding recipe turns it into a ganache in a dark chocolate shell. For those who like marzipan we are making a ‘stollen’ style truffle, layers of dark chocolate dried fruit truffle, wrapped in marzipan then dipped in dark chocolate. In addition we have our favourite Christmas flavours, rum and raisin, port and cranberry, whisky marmalade and orange liqueur as well as our regular truffles and milk caramels
